City of Greensburg Street Opening Information and Permits:Please be advised if you are going to be excavating a street, alley or in a public righ-of-way, you must notify Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc., 1-800-242-1776 as indicated above. Prior to any work being done on a City-owned and maintained street or alley, you must apply for and obtain a Street Opening Permit from the City Administration Office.
