Waste Management of PA, Inc. is the City's contracted service. Call Waste Management at 1-800-458-4090 to set up an account, cancel service, order a recycling container or to report a missed pickup or other problem.
Quarterly Payment Collection Schedule at City Hall:Waste Management will be at City Hall from 9 a.m. until 12 noon to collect residential payments. Remember, a discount of 2% is available to customers paying for the whole year in January and Seniors over 65 years of age who are the head of household receive a 15 % discount of their rate. Dates for Payment Collection at City Hall in 2012 are: Thursday, January 19th; Thursday, Apri1 19th, Thursday, July 19th and Thursday, October 18th. Weekly Residential Schedule:
Monday is the designated pickup day for City residents.

Residential service in the City of Greensburg includes weekly unlimited household trash collection as well as, streamlined recyclable collection of recyclable materials that will fit into one (1) city-issued recycling container. Recyclable materials include newspaper, phone books, cereal boxes, glass, plastic and cans. In addition, each City residence is permitted to place out one (1) large item per month on their regular pickup day, at no additional charge.
Bundled Branch, Bagged Brush and Grass Clipping Pickup:During the months of June, July, August and September, Waste Management also collects grass trimmings, and bagged or bundled leaves and brush placed out with regular trash and recyclables.Household Hazardous Waste Collection:
