The main office of the City's Parks and Recreation Department is located on Route 119 North at the Thomas Lynch Field Complex.  At Lynch Field, you'll find the Kirk S. Nevin Ice Arena , Veterans' Memorial Swimming Pool , The Aerobic Center , walking and bike trails, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds and picnic pavilions.  Click here to obtain downloadable forms to sign up for current programs.

Upcoming Events:
  • Farmers' Market beginning Saturday, May 1st at Lynch Field from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
  • The Recreation Department will be registering boys ages 7-12 for the Youth Football Program starting July 1, 2010.  Cost is $60 and birth certificates are required.  New players must live in the Greensburg Salem School District.  Please sign up in the Recreation Office at Lynch Field in the Kirk S. Nevin Ice Arena starting July 1, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Please contact the Recreation Office for more details.  Call 724-834-4880.  Forms are posted on the web site now.

Mt. Odin Golf Course

Greensburg is unique in that it is one of only a few cities in Western Pennsylvania to own a municipal golf course.  Voted the "number one golf course experience" by Tribune Review readers, the Mt. Odin Golf Course sitting atop Toll Gate Hill Road offers a challenging 18-hole golf course and driving range.  Call 724-834-2640 to reserve a tee time!  Come visit picturesque Mt. Odin Park, have lunch at Lora V's, enjoy the children's playscape area featuring replicas of prominent Greensburg buildings, or rent one of three pavilions for your graduation party or family reunion.
