![]() Kirk S. Nevin Arena The main office of the City's Parks and Recreation Department is located on Route 119 North at the Thomas Lynch Field Complex. At Lynch Field, you'll find the Kirk S. Nevin Ice Arena , Veterans' Memorial Swimming Pool , The Aerobic Center , walking and bike trails, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds and picnic pavilions. Upcoming Events:Easter Egg Hunt at the Heather Lund Pavilion on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 1 p.m. Don't miss a visit from the Easter Bunny! An egg hunt is held for children ages 4 to 8 and special activities in the Pavilion for children under 4. This Event is sponsored by the Greensburg Recreation Department and Greensburg Head Start Unit #1.Annual Season End Ice Show on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7 p.m. This show is a chance for ALL skaters in our Thursday Group Lessons to "show off" to family and friend what they've learned during lessons. There is a n admission fee for the show: $4 for adults (18 and over) and $2 for children (4 to 17). Children under 3 and skating participants are admitted free. |
