The City of Greensburg is growing with the addition of new businesses and the investment of public and private financial resources.  In 2007 the City of Greensburg issued 37 Occupancy Permits for new businesses choosing the City of Greensburg as their base of operation.  A total of 32 permits for the construction of new commercial buildings or the renovation/expansion of existing commercial buildings were issued. 

Image The face of downtown Greensburg is changing and positively.  To keep pace with these major developments that have enhanced the business district the time is right to further upgrade the district that surrounds these major projects.  The City of Greensburg and the Greensburg Community Development Corporation have established the perfect public and private partnership to ensure the vision of our Community becomes reality.
